Cancellation policy?Cancellation must be received 48hrs prior to service date. $25 cancellation fee may apply for late cancellation notices. Cancellations related to injury or illness require medical documentation. ALL services are non - refundable. One-time service date transfer available for surgery cancellations. Surgeon cancellation note must be provided by surgeons office, for service transfers. Service date can not be transferred without surgeon note.

Can I bring someone with me?Safety is our priority! We require all clients to have a designated family member to be present for the fist 24hrs after receiving anesthesia.

Do you provide 24 hour care package options?Yes, we can provide 24 hrs post-op care per schedule availability. Additional service add-ons are subject to additional fees.

POLICY
​
Clients are responsible for completing new client forms within 48 hrs after booking services. Clients will be removed from service schedule if new client forms and security deposit are not received on time.
​
Full service payments are due 48hrs prior to the service date and time by 6:30pm CDT. Full service payment must be paid in full by the payment deadline to initiate service. Payment reminders will be provided for clients after initial booking.

ALL Services are non-refundable. One-time service date transfer is available for surgery cancellations. A surgeon cancellation note must be provided by the surgeon's office for service transfers. The service date can not be transferred without surgeon's note.

Cancellations related to injury or illness require medical documentation. 10% security deposit refund options available with proper medical documentation. Please note client personal situations may vary. Security refund not guaranteed.

MCCOY RECOVERY is an out-of-network post-op care service. We accept private pay only. We will not bill or communicate with insurance companies. Clients will receive an invoice for all services. Clients are responsible for ALL service payments.

MCCOY RECOVERY is not responsible for client belongings. Clients and client designated party are responsible for client's belongings. Please remove valuable and fragile items prior to service.
Responsible designee must remain with the client at all times, during the course of services, or be present to by end of services to maintain client safety. General anesthesia guidelines require clients to have a designated individual (18 yrs or older) to remain with client for 24hrs after receiving anesthesia. MCCOY RECOVERY nurses are not responsible for client care after service time.

Children and pets are not allowed in designated care areas due to client safety concerns.**

MCCOY Recovery is not responsible for children, pets, or other parties present during the time of service (i.e. before, during, or after).*
MCCOY Recovery nurse will only administer medications ordered by surgeon.
MCCOY Recovery nurse is not responsible for critical client monitoring or post-op complications.

Clients are considered stable and non-critical when released from the surgical facility. MCCOY Recovery is not responsible or reliable for the client after services.
​
MCCOY RECOVERY is an independent business. MCCOY RECOVERY nurse and staff are not members of the surgeons team.
MCCOY RECOVERY maintains credible relationships with board certified plastic surgeon and surgeons’ staff.
​
MCCOY RECOVERY nurse is not liable for injury, harm, or death associated with client post-op care complications.
​
If clients require additional post-op support, clients will be referred to the physician's office or physician on-call service.
​
Life-threatening post-op complications will require a visit to nearest emergency room or call 911.
​
Clients are responsible for prescription payment and pick-up. Clients are responsible for ALL fees associated with surgery and anesthesia.
​
Clients must purchase SignatureCare (service add-ons) for the following services
(transportation, prescription pick-up, extended care hours and overnight care).**

Medication schedules are provided per surgeon instructions. MCCOY RECOVERY nurse will not prescribe or omit medications.
